Our Story

We’re Miller and Victoria. We met about 10 years ago in the margarita line at Keeneland (it’s true!). Soon after we became inseparable and the rest is history.

Our first home that we purchased, was one of hundreds located in a cookie cutter neighborhood. If you know us, that’s not our vibe at all. We lived there for about a year and a half and then noticed something. Many houses on our street were being sold for way over asking price. We grew a wild hair and placed our home on the market. It sold in less than a week.

The crazy thing was…we had no where to go. No plan. We began to scour every listing we could find in Lexington, Georgetown, Midway, and the surrounding areas. Finally we were alerted that a green bungalow in Midway would be available.

We snatched it up. Did we mention it was in need of a major hug? That’s how we lovingly refer to a home that needs a lot of work.

So we began the renovation process. It was addicting. We loved it. And that little green house quickly became our space to relax, to gather, to call home.

And that’s what has brought us here. We started The Green House Group with the same heart and passion in mind.

Our goal is to provide that same cozy feeling of peace to potential tenants when you step into any one of our rental homes.
